If there’s anything worse than a faceless company, it is a company with too many different faces… It’s easy to build up a collection of social media profiles – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc – and even easier to neglect one or the other in favour of the latest trend. As we move fron one to the next; the question is, are we always showing the same face to our customers or do we keep changing our image?
