In light of recent events in the Arab nations of North Africa, some of my fellow motherland citizens opened the discussion on whether or not such a series of revolutions could inspire similar actions in other African countries (say, a little further south), to exploit the momentum and force a change in the longstanding and often problematic regimes in that region – essentially, a continental shift from apparent dictatorship to true democracy.
